Wild Rice Harvest Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. chicken
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. uncooked wild rice
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    3/4 c. cashew pieces
Preparation
    Brown chicken and celery in butter.
    In a large bowl combine soup and broth until smooth.
    Add mushrooms, onion, rice, poultry seasonings and chicken mixture.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir and sprinkle with cashews.
    Return to oven for 15 minutes or until rice is tender. Serves 8.
