Caramel Korn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. butter
    6 qt. popcorn
Preparation
    Boil first 4 ingredients 7 minutes.
    Pour over popcorn.
    Bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
