Cabbage Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head cabbage, bite size
6 medium potatoes, cubed
4 carrots, chopped
1 lb. low-fat ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 can tomato juice or V-8
2 cans spicy tomatoes, crushed
2 cans light red kidney beans
Mrs. Dash to taste
garlic powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook vegetables in water until tender, about 20 minutes. Brown beef.
Add beef to vegetables, juices and spices.
Cook about 40 minutes.
