"Amazin Raisin Cake" - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 cup Hellmann's Mayo
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cloves
2 eggs
1 large apple, peeled and chopped
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup seedless raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) round baking pans.
In a large bowl with mixer at low speed beat the first 10 ingredients 2 minutes. Stir in apples, raisins, and nuts.
Pour into pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pans and remove.
Frost with sour cream frosting when cool.
