Pepperoni Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refrigerated crescent rolls (8 roll size)
    1 can sweet roasted peppers, diced
    1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
    8 oz. or more shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Separate crescent rolls into 4 squares.
    Press perforations to form a solid square.
    (Each square is formed by 2 triangles.)
    Cut each square into 4 smaller squares.
    You will have 16 squares.
    On each square, place 2 to 3 slices pepperoni, a few roasted peppers and Mozzarella cheese.
    Fold the four corners to the center to form a diamond shape.
    Bake according to the directions on the crescent rolls.
    Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
    Thaw and heat until warm.
