Curried Fruit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) can peach halves
    1 (10 oz.) can apricots
    1 (24 oz.) can pears
    1 (24 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    10 maraschino cherries
    1/3 c. melted butter
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    4 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Drain fruit well and dry on paper towels.
    Mix butter, brown sugar and curry powder.
    Put fruit in a large shallow baking dish.
    Dot all over with the curry-sugar mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting frequently.
    Serves 10.
