Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced apples, peeled (any kind)
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix diced apples and sugar thoroughly.
Add oil, nuts, eggs and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients together and then add to apple mixture.
Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch or angel cake pan (line with waxed paper).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
