Bread Pudding With Whiskey Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. egg substitute
1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
5 c. French bread cubes
2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/3 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine sugar, egg, milk, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Add bread
and\traisins;
stir.
Spoon\tmixture
into
8 cups. Place in\tshallow
pan
with 3/4 inch hot water.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Add Whiskey Sauce.
