Cabbage Rolls(Galombke) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ground beef (and pork, if desired)
    cooked rice
    salt
    pepper
    green pepper
    onion
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except 1 can of tomato sauce and roll into steamed cabbage leaves. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour.
    May use spaghetti sauce in place of plain sauce.
