Zucchini Veggie-Stuffing Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sliced zucchini
1 c. grated carrots
1 onion, sliced or chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. sour cream
1 box Stove Top stuffing cubes with dry packet
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Drop veggies into boiling water 5 minutes and drain.
Add chicken soup and sour cream.
Mix together stuffing, dry packet and margarine, melted.
Line casserole dish with half cubes, then veggies, then cubes on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
