String Beans Mignonnette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh string beans, sliced in strips
    3 medium zucchini
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
Preparation
    Oil the bottom of a steel pan or Dutch oven.
    First, add the onion, then the zucchini (sliced with the skin on), then the string beans and herbs.
    Add 1/4 cup water.
    Cover tightly.
    Cook on very low heat for about 20 minutes.
