Easy Chicken Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast, skinned and cut into thin strips
    1 c. reduced calorie Italian dressing
    1 lb. pkg. California style frozen vegetables
    hot, cooked pasta or rice
    Parmesan cheese (if desired)
Preparation
    In large skillet, combine chicken and about 1/4 of the dressing.
    Saute until chicken begins to brown.
    Add vegetables and remaining dressing.
    Cover and simmer about 7 to 9 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Serve over pasta or rice. Sprinkle with the cheese.
    Makes 5 servings.
    This will take about 15 minutes to make.
