Apple Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    3/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    8 oz. lite cream cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together margarine/butter, sugar, vanilla and flour. Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate.
    Peel, core and slice the apples.
    Press dough into bottom of pan and up sides of an 11-inch fluted tart pan with a removable bottom.
    I invert the dough in Saran Wrap and spread the dough through the wrap into the pan (easy).
