Cauliflower Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Combine soup, milk and eggs. Stir in half the cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, pimiento, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper. Chop cauliflower. Stir into soup mixture.
    Put in a 10 x 10 x 2-inch dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes until cheese melts.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
