Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, boned and cut up
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth (from cooked chicken)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 stick melted margarine
    1 (No. 2) can peas and carrots, slightly drained
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Put 2 cups water over chicken and boil until done.
    When cool, cut chicken into small chunks.
    Mix together in a 9 x 12-inch casserole, the chicken chunks, 1 1/2 cups chicken broth, celery soup, melted margarine and peas and carrots.
    (I just cut up some carrots and onions and cook until almost done; then add some frozen peas and use this.)
    Mix Bisquick and milk together; pour over the top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until brown.
    (In a glass dish, bake at 325\u00b0.)
