Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. curry
    4 c. cooked kidney beans or pintos
    1 bunch green onions, diced
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 tomatoes, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
Preparation
    In frying pan, saute meat and drain.
    Add water, chili and curry and simmer 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and beans; heat through. Stir in onion.
    Ladle into serving bowls and sprinkle on cheese.
