Hominy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans hominy, drained
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Combine hominy and vegetables in serving bowl.
    Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard in small bowl.
    Add to hominy mixture and mix well.
    Chill overnight.
