Tuna Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
9 1/4 oz. tuna
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to directions; drain.
In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat; blend in flour and salt.
Add milk, all at once.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Add Parmesan, lemon juice and dill.
Stir in broccoli and tuna.
Divide mixture in half.
Pour 1/2 mixture into a greased 1-quart casserole dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Snip half biscuits into fourths. Arrange around edge.
Bake 15 minutes more.
Freeze other half for later.
