Louisiana Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 to 1 lb. cooked, flaked haddock
1 Tbsp. minced onion or 1 tsp. chives
2 c. celery, sliced thin
3 c. cooked, diced salad potatoes
4 hard-cooked eggs, diced
10 oz. cooked shrimp
1 1/2 to 2 c. mayonnaise
dash of white pepper
1 Tbsp. mustard (optional)
1 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
Preparation

Blend all ingredients except reserve some shrimp and egg slices for garnish.
Add milk to moisten if needed.
