Sweet Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    1 can water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 jar mushrooms (with juice)
    4 to 5 strips bacon
    1 diced onion
    flour (to thicken)
Preparation
    Rinse and drain sauerkraut thoroughly; set aside. Cook bacon. Saut onion in 2 to 3 tablespoons of bacon fat. Add sauerkraut, chopped bacon, mushrooms and water. Add flour to thicken.
