Shoo-Fly Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pastry flour
    1 c. gold label molasses
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix three dry ingredients as for pastry and save 1 cup.
    Mix molasses and baking soda.
    Add to dry ingredients and mix after adding water.
    Use spoon to mix; batter should be lumpy.
    Sprinkle crumbs over batter in greased and floured pan(s), 2 (8-inch) or 1 (9 x 13-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
