Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
3 c. flour
3 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation

Stir sweet potatoes, margarine and sugar while potatoes are still hot. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Roll and cut into biscuits. Bake at 425\u00b0 until golden brown. Serve hot with butter.
