Irish Cream Iced Cappuccino(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 c. instant coffee granules
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. Equal spoonful or 12 Equal packets
    6 c. fat-free milk
    1/2 c. liquid Irish cream coffee creamer or flavor of choice
Preparation
    Whisk together first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly; boil, whisking constantly 2 minutes. Remove mixture from heat; add Equal and cool slightly. Whisk in milk and creamer. Cover and chill at least 4 hours or up to 2 days. Serve over ice. Makes 8 servings.
