Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin lamb chops, 1-inch thick
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. honey
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Trim fat from chops.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Broil 5 minutes on 1 side; turn and broil 4 minutes.
    Mix together mustard and honey; spread over chops and broil 2 minutes longer.
    Makes 4 servings.
