Sopaipillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening and add enough water for a stiff dough.
    Knead lightly.
    Roll on a floured board 1/2 inch thick.
    Cut squares and deep fry in very hot oil until fluffy and brown.
