Open Apple Cake With Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 lb. oleo or melted butter
2 eggs (if large; 3 if small)
1/4 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 level tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. or less milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix together the first 3 ingredients.
Add next 3 ingredients and mix.
Add last 2 ingredients.
Mix all together.
Make like a ball.
Put in greased and floured cookie pan; spread on sides and bottom of pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 225\u00b0 oven.
While still warm, put on glaze.
