Apple-Nut Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 or 5 peeled, cored and diced apples
3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix all together by hand, batter will be thick.
Also, by hand, blend in apples.
Grease and flour 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
