Frozen Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Egg Yolks
    1/2 c. Sugar
    2 Tbsp.Lemon Juice
    Rind of 2 Lemons
    1/8 tsp. Salt
    1/2 pt. Whipped Cream
    3 Egg Whites, stiffly beaten
    1/2 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until thick and gradually beat in sugar.
    Add the lemon juice, peel and salt.
