Diet Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 90% ground beef or turkey
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and ground meat.
    Add seasonings, tomato sauce and mushrooms.
    Squeeze liquid from thawed spinach and mix with cottage cheese.
    Cut Mozzarella cheese in strips.
    In a 7 x 11-inch baking dish, arrange in layers the spinach mix, meat mix and Mozzarella; repeat.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
    Serves 4.
