Roasted Garlic Turnips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs turnips, peeled and quartered
    1 ripe pear, peeled, cored and chopped
    4 garlic cloves, roasted
    pepper to taste
    1 T margarine
    2 T skim milk
    1/4 t salt
Preparation
    To roast garlic: cut the bottom off a medium head of garlic, place on a square of aluminum foil, and drizzle 1/2 t olive oil over it.
    Seal and bake at 375 F approximately 30 minutes.
    Garlic should be very soft.
