Italian Roast Beef - cooking recipe

2 to 3 lb. chuck, rump or sirloin tip
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 c. water
16 oz. jar pepperoncini pepper and juice
Preparation

Place roast and all ingredients in crock-pot. Cook all day on LOW or 1/2 day on high.
