Miniature Pizzas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 count) can biscuits
1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
1 jar pizza sauce
chopped onion, cheese, etc. (optional)
Preparation

Flatten one biscuit to a thickness of approximately 1/4-inch. Then slice the sausage to 1/2-inch wedges.
Lay sausage on flattened biscuit and flatten to cover biscuit.
Then roll up until sausage is covered.
Slice roll into 1/2 to 3/4-inch wedges.
Lay wedges onto a cookie sheet or flat pan, sprayed with Pam.
Flatten wedges and add pizza sauce to each wedge.
Add other toppings at this time.
Place cookie sheet into a preheated 400\u00b0 oven and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool and enjoy. (One can of biscuits will make about 40 pizzas.)
