No Bake Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 can (2 c.) pumpkin
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    In a small bowl, blend milk, egg, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
    Set aside.
    In a medium saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over water; let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
    Blend in milk mixture. Continue stirring over low heat until mixture is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Blend in pumpkin. Turn into prepared crust. Chill until firm.
    Add whipped cream, if desired.
