Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. real lemon juice
yellow food color (optional)
whipped topping
Preparation

Combine margarine, sugar and crumbs; press into an 8 or 9-inch square pan.
In bowl, beat egg yolks.
Stir in milk, then lemon juice and food coloring if desired.
Pour mixture over crust.
Top with whipped topping.
Freeze until firm.
