Low-Fat Turkey And Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. whole wheat macaroni
1 1/2 lb. cooked turkey breast
1 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. garlic powder
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
4 1/2 c. low-fat spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped yellow pepper
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
Preparation

Use lemon juice to cook turkey, then put macaroni in with turkey.
Next, add spaghetti sauce.
Add all other ingredients. Stir and let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
