Kedgeree - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. rice
    chopped parsley
    1 hard-boiled egg
    1/2 large can salmon
Preparation
    Cook rice and drain.
    Flake the salmon.
    Add to the rice and leave for 5 minutes to steam through.
    Turn into a serving dish and sprinkle first with finely chopped parsley and then with chopped hard-boiled egg.
