Chocolate Banana Nut Bundt Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans or almonds, your choice)
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. Dutch cocoa powder
2 large ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 c.)
1/4 c. 2% milk (room temperature)
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. each: ginger, allspice and nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. unsalted butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar or equivalent sugar substitute
4 large eggs or equivalent egg substitute
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Butter a 10-inch Bundt pan and dust with flour.
Toss the chips and nuts with 2 tablespoons of the flour and set aside.
