Six Layer Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, sliced
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 good size onions, cut up fine
    2 green peppers, chopped fine
    1 large can tomatoes
Preparation
    Slice potatoes to cover bottom of greased baking dish.
    Pour the uncooked rice over the potatoes.
    Brown the ground beef in a skillet; spread over rice.
    Spread the onions over the meat, then the green peppers.
    Pour the tomatoes over all.
    Season as desired.
    Bake in a slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
