Marinated Beef Chuck Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. boneless chuck, cut in serving pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 to 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 1/4 c. water
3/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Marinate 8 hours on each side in refrigerator.
Cook on grill.
