Ham `N' Cheese Egg Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy, about 1 minute. Add milk and mustard. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture and beat until smooth. Stir in bacon, ham and cheeses. Transfer into a greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 10 to 15 minutes. Run knife around edges of pan to remove. Slice and serve warm. Refrigerate left overs. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
