5 c. thinly sliced green cabbage
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. unsweetened apple juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
5 c. thinly sliced red cabbage
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
