Hotsy Cheesy Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Hormel chili (no beans)
    1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
    16 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 to 4 sliced scallions
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Microwave until melted together.
    Stir several times.
    Stir in scallions.
    Can be used as a dip for chips or vegetables.
    Also, can be served over baked potatoes.
