Wild Rice Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/4 oz.) quick cooking wild rice
    1 c. cooked, chopped chicken
    1 (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. light mayo
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions.
    Combine rice, chopped chicken, water chestnuts, celery and onion.
    Place into 2 1/2-quart baking dish; stir mayonnaise and mushroom soup together and spread on top of chicken mixture.
    Bake, covered, in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 servings.
