Anytime Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rolled oats
    2 c. boiling water
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
    3 c. whole wheat flour *
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. All-Bran cereal
Preparation
    Combine oats and boiling water; let cool.
    Mix together eggs, sugar, oil and buttermilk.
    Stir in sifted dry ingredients with All-Bran just until moistened.
    Store in covered containers in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
    Bake in well-greased muffin tins. Raisins, nuts or chopped dates may be added to batter before baking at 375\u00b0
    for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 5 to 6 dozen muffins.
