Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, boned and cut in cubes
    1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
    4 green onions, sliced thin
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. oil
    1/4 c. cashews
Preparation
    Cook chicken quickly in oil.
    Add broccoli and broth and simmer 2 minutes.
    Add soy sauce that has been mixed with cornstarch and sugar and stir until thickened.
    Simmer 2 minutes. Mix in green onions and sprinkle on cashews.
    Serve over hot cooked brown rice.
    Very quick.
