Fruit Smoothies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can orange juice
    1 c. fat-free plain yogurt
    1 banana
    1 c. frozen strawberries, raspberries or blackberries
    1/4 c. Equal or other low-fat sweetener or 6 packets
Preparation
    Peel and cut banana into large chunks.
    Place in a plastic bag; seal and freeze 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
    Place all ingredients in a blender.
    Blend until smooth.
