London Broil With Olive Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flank steak (1 1/2 to 2 lb.)
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. stuffed olives
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped chives or green onion tops
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Broil flank steak 2 to 3 inches from source of heat for about 8 minutes.
    Turn and broil 8 minutes longer or until well browned and to desired degree of doneness.
    Cut meat diagonally across grain into very thin slices.
    Keep warm.
