Mystery Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. plus 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla, divided
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
    1 1/4 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a food processor, process until fluffy the cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread the mixture in the bottom of the shell.
    Sprinkle the pecans over the cheese mixture.
    Beat the remaining 3 eggs with an electric mixer until foamy. Do not overmix.
    Add the corn syrup, the remaining 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and the salt.
    Mix well.
    Pour this over the pecans.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold.
