Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. peppermint or any other flavor extract
3 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream together and knead until smooth.
Add food coloring, if desired, and knead until mixture is an even color.
Form cherry size balls and roll in sugar. Flatten with a fork or place in mold.
Let stand overnight.
Makes 3 dozen.
