Velveeta Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. margarine
    1 c. cocoa
    4 lb. powdered sugar
    3 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt cheese and margarine in top of double boiler.
    Sift cocoa and sugar together until smooth (at least 6 times).
    Mix into melted cheese mixture.
    Blend with wooden spoon.
    Add nuts and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Press into lightly buttered 9 x 13-inch pans. Let set.
    Makes 7 pounds.
